Aim: To introduce students to the concept of plogging and its importance for health and the environment, while practicing English reading, vocabulary, speaking, and writing skills.
Objectives:
● Understand what plogging is and where it started

● Describe the plogging race organized by IES Fernando III, including categories, materials, and objectives

● Learn and use relevant vocabulary (litter, gloves, race, awards, environment, sustainability)

● Develop reading comprehension and critical thinking skills

● Practice speaking and writing through discussion, role-play, and creative tasks

● Students may know about running or environmental activities but may not know the term “plogging”

● Some students may be aware of local events like school races or community clean-up activities
